Hola 👋 I’m Michelle - your soon-to-be FAVORITE neighborhood dog walker. I noticed you have a precious pup and I’d love to be their new walking buddy that lives right next door :) Whether you’ve got a zoomie machine or a mellow couch potato, I’ve got the energy and experience for both (hello, former husky handler 🙋♀️). After caring for an endlessly energetic husky, I’ve learned no walk is too long, no zoomies too wild, and no amount of shedding too much. If your dog needs a walking buddy or a sitter while you’re away, I’m just a few doors down. What I offer: 🐾 Fun, sniff-filled dog walks/runs/sprints 🐾 Daytime check-ins and in-home dog sitting 🐾 Extra care for high-energy or older pups 🐾 Last-minute availability 🐕🦺🏃♀️ I have worked with puppies as young as two months old, and welcome the opportunity to care for the full spectrum of pups! For the high-energy, I am always happy to go on more strenuous walks for example, up the Queen Anne hill, long walks around Lake Union, or sprints down by Elliot Bay Trail. When I come home from work Jolene is always so tired from her playtime and walks with Michelle that sometimes she will greet me and immediately fall back to sleep on my lap. Michelle is wonderful! She took amazing care of my dog and my condo when she spent the weekend here! She sends a ton of updates and is now my pup's best friend! She is so sweet and kind and one of the few people I fully trust to care for my dog like I would.

I work a hybrid schedule during the week so: 📆 Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays I am available all-day for walks or in-home sitting 📆 Mondays & Wednesdays I can go on walks or do in-home sitting after 3pm 📆 Weekends I am available all-day for boarding, in-home sitting or walks

When I care for pets—whether in my home or yours—I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and totally at ease. After spending lots of time with a super high-energy husky, I’ve learned how to keep things calm, structured, and fun. I stick to their routines, pay attention to their cues, and make sure they get the play, exercise, and chill time they need. I treat every pet like my own, with lots of love, patience, and belly rubs along the way. 🌿 I have a rooftop with a dog area that I would spend time at with my husky who loved basking in the hedges. I live nearby plenty of parks and green areas perfect for walks and prancing with other dogs ~ if the dog I am caring for is comfortable playing with other dogs, of course!
A typical day
Im all about matching your pups energy while they’re in my care! If they’ve just had their nap and are ready to rage, you can count on a long, sniff-filled walk or sprints if your pup is up for it! Or it could also look like a 10-15 minute toy-tug-of-war sesh that wears them out for a bit. I can also read when it’s time to lounge, relax, and get in a good snooze so it all depends on what cues your pup throws my way.
