Michelle took great care of our cat when we were traveling. He seemed right at home and was a happy guy when we picked him up!

DO NOT BOOK!! Nightmare sitter - worth reading, be thankful you have seen this and can AVOID Michelle: Michelle was a disaster and disappointment. I paid for a week of 30-minute visits and in the 1st visit of the week, she only stayed for 7 minutes - less than 1/3 of the time she committed to and was paid for. This was also time-stamped with doorbell footage and confirmed that not only did she short me for the visit, she inflated the “visit” by starting and ending the visit 3+ minutes before actually entering and exiting my apartment. This all could have been avoided, had she done the BARE minimum communication to tell me there was a reason why she could not do the booking of feeding and playing with my cat for 30 minutes. I’m not even sure she fed my cat as I received NO notes on the 7 minute visit. The reason she could only stay for 7 mins was because she had to cook for her in-laws? No emergency, just an extremely unorganized and unprofessional girl trying to scam people out of an extra buck under the guise of “caring” for their pets. I left my cat in the care of a stranger, who I had met in advance, and was completely blindsided by. She did not play or engage with my cat, left zero visit notes or updates, and ignored my messages when I raised concerns after she left the 7 minute visit - when I asked only that she stay for the 30 minutes I paid for. This left my cat alone all day and put me in an extremely stressful position while I was out of town during Christmas. She then canceled the remaining visits with no notice, leaving my cat without care, and even came to my apartment for an unauthorized visit after I clearly stated that visits must only occur under official Rover visits. Extremely unprofessional and scary! When booking, I expected the bare minimum of reliability and communication for staying during the visit.. I would never trust her with my cat or dog again and STRONGLY warn anyone considering booking her to look elsewhere.
