I work part time from home. I have a flexible schedule to care for pets during the week. Weekend pet drop ins are also available.

I am very conscientious about pet safety. I make sure pets are taken care of to specification requested and beyond. I make sure I know exactly where pet is located throughout the duration of the visit. I treat your pet as if they are mine, leaving them happy, safe and locked within your home. I also bring an old fashion radio to keep pets company and calm while pet parents are away.

I usually take dogs for a long walk so they can explore the plethora of smells in their neighborhood, mark territory and make sure all businessis done and picked up. Back at home is play time with tug of war, catch and other games. Finally meals are given so they will be ready to relax, digest food and take naps!

I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12. As a young teen, friends and neighbors asked me to care for their pets while they went on vacations. As an adult, I have adopted pets of my own. My friends and neighbors called on me to care for their pets for drop in visits or extended care. I am an accountant by profession and therefore I am very detail oriented. I take notes on pets care and preferences to make sure pets and parents are happy. Now that I am a recent transplant to MD, I would like to make myself available to new friends and neighbors to care for their pets.

Michelle has been a lifesaver for our busy family. Harley loves play time during the day and we get so much peace of mind knowing how caring Michelle is with her. Michelle was a fabulous cat sitter. We used her daily for a week to make 30 minute drop in visits. Our cat generally won't come out from under bed for anyone but us. Michelle used a treat we had and was able to get our cat each day. Michelle combed her and played with her too. We left our stereo on for our cat so the house wouldn't be so quiet. For some reason it stopped working so Michelle brought her small transistor over so our cat would feel more comfortable. I will definitely use her again anytime we are going to be gone.
Michelle is the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is happy and healthy.
