I provide small-scale boarding designed to feel more like a dog resort than traditional boarding, with plenty of play, attention, and clear expectations. First Steps: 🦴 Meet-and-greet required before the first stay 🦴 Short online form so I can understand your dog’s routine, personality, and needs, as well as your preferences What you can expect: 🐾 Small number of boarding dogs for more individual attention 🐾 Two friendly resident dogs for companionship and play 🐾 Fenced Seattle yard with space to play and carve out some quiet spaces as needed 🐾 Neighborhood walks with easy access to Green Lake Park and its scenic walking loop 🐾 Regular updates and open communication 🐾 Photo updates throughout the stay 🐾 Crates, beds, blankets, and bowls available 🐾 Tick checks available if your dog is not on preventative A few things to know: ✦ Experience with puppies, seniors, and dogs with different energy levels ✦ I work a hybrid job with limited weekday morning office hours ✦ Preferred drop-off/pick-up: 5:00–6:00 AM and 2:00–8:00 PM Every dog is different, with unique needs and preferences, and I tailor care to their personality, routine, and comfort level. For the safety of all dogs in my care, dogs with a history of aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs are not a good fit for my boarding environment. Michelle was wonderful! She took great care with Ripley and made sure I was kept up to date on everything. I know Ripley was in excellent hands.
Michelle was super communicative with us and great with our dog, Scooby. I felt very comfortable leaving Scooby in such knowledgeable and considerate hands. We booked over a holiday weekend and Michelle was very accommodating and kept us updated with pictures and recaps. Would definitely book again!

Michelle was fantastic with our Aussie Tyler! Tyler got along great with her dog Valkyrie, and she sent us lots of updates. When our flights got severely delayed on the way home, Michelle was super flexible and kept Tyler for an extra night!
Michelle was amazing. It was so good to know that Ziva was well taken care of and having fun with her dogs!

Schedule
After the morning yard business time everyone gets fed in separate spaces. After breakfast there's opportunity for secure yard play, short walks, and other activities your dog enjoys. For evening routines, the dogs have dinner followed by yard time or walks, and eveyrone winds down for bedtime. Dogs are welcome to sleep where they'recomfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I can accommodate a variety of safety needs, including: - Martingale collars with backup attachment points for dogs prone to slipping out of collars or harnesses - A secured travel setup in my dog-friendly Subaru SUV for dogs who are able to join field trips - A gated front entry to help prevent door escapes - Separate secured areas for meals, so your dog can relax while dining - A fully fenced back and side yard with visibility from my primary work area Please let me know if your dog has any specific safety needs, such as being a Houdini escape artist or a pro counter surfer. My supplemental care form also captures this information so I can keep it on hand for their stay and future visits.

A typical day
On better weather days/seasons the yard is sized just right for playtime and small enough that I can keep an eye on things. Indoors there is enough room for play, naps, etc. The dogs are free to pick their activities and throughout the day I organize tailored activities to keep them stimulated and happy.

I’m happy to discuss how I can best accommodate their needs and make their stay as comfortable as possible. I keep care information on file so repeat stays are easier and more consistent.
