I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your precious pooch overnight & I do all I can to ensure the experience is a happy one for you both. Our dog is a part of the family, he is treated like a part of the family and while your dog is in our care, they will be treated the same. I work solely from home, for myself and I have complete flexibility to fit the dogs around my day. It is very rare that I need to leave the dogs alone and if I do, it’s never more than an hour or 2 at most. However, this will be discussed with you during meet & greet.

I have a large house and fully secured, gated and locked garden which the dogs get free run of. You are welcome to provide a crate if you wish although your dog will have free run of the house unless you instruct me otherwise.

Please let me know if your dog has any medical conditions (don’t forget allergies) that I should be aware of. I like to know any special behaviours that I should account for. Anything your dog particularly enjoys which will make them feel more at home and anything they don’t particularly enjoy. It is important to tell me how they behave on walks and whether they are off lead trained. I am happy to go for a walk during the meet & greet if there is anything I need to see. Please bring evidence of vaccinations to the meet & greet ?
A typical day
We love to have fun playing in the garden, lots of fuss and cuddles are always readily available. We enjoy walks around our neighbourhood which has a field, a woodland walk and a park. 3-4 times we go out in the car to walk at parks around Cardiff, the beach and one of my favourites, a walk through St Fagans Museum which is dog friendly and serve delicious doggy ice cream.

Teddy is friendly, playful and welcoming. He has been well socialised since a puppy and he loves having new friends over to stay 🐾

Michelle was really friendly and so was her own pooch. Booking was simple and it was really helpful to meet up before the main stay over. Michelles house was clean and tidy, whilst obviously being set up for the dogs to stay to be comfortable and homely. Our pooch had a lovely stay and enjoyed being with other dogs.

We are very happy with Michelle. We had lots of photos and regular updates whilst we were away. You could tell by his body language that Ianto was happy and contented - he loved playing with Michelle’s cockapoo Teddy. We highly recommend Michelle. Ianto obviously enjoyed himself.
I can’t recommend Michelle enough. She takes such good care of Buddy! Buddy and Teddy are best of friends and I love getting the photos of them playing!
