I had an extremely disappointing and frankly stressful experience with this dog sitter. She failed to show up for our scheduled meet-and-greet (canceled at the time she was supposed to come and we instead did a phone call), which should have been my first red flag. Communication around scheduling was unreliable from the start. During the actual sitting, she took my dog to a dog park without asking for or receiving permission, which is something many owners (myself included) have strong safety preferences about especially for my reactive dog. The biggest issue was that she left hours before our agreed-upon and fully paid end time. We had confirmed care until 2pm, but she left at 9am without proper notice or discussion. This left my dog without supervision and created a very stressful situation for me as an owner. I had to leave my trip early to come home. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of reliability, communication, and respect for both client instructions and a pet’s safety. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for dependable or responsible care.

Michelle did a great job watching our 5 month old puppy for his first ever Rover stay. He and her dog Peaches got to play all day, and we could tell he had a great time after picking him up!
