Michelle was absolutely superb with our Lottie, making sure she was looked after well whilst we were away. It was especially appreciated as it was quite last minute over Christmas & Lottie has a number of meds she has to take. Michelle is a kind, caring and attentive person & made sure to send us videos every day too. We would highly recommend.
