I’ve been caring for dogs and cats on and off for the past 8 years, and one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that no two pets are alike. Each animal has its own personality, preferences, and needs—and I pride myself on adapting my care to suit each one individually. Whether it’s giving extra affection to a shy pup or patiently building trust with a nervous cat, I take the time to understand what makes them feel safe and happy. I always listen closely to pet parents and follow their instructions to the letter, because I know how important consistency and communication are. My goal is not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them—making sure every pet feels loved, secure, and well cared for. Confidence, compassion, and flexibility are at the heart of how I work. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and caring cat sitter. Michelle looked after my cat for three weeks while I was away and did an outstanding job. She is very responsive (usually responds within minutes), punctual, as well as personable and a great communicator. She put my mind at ease with daily photos and let me know when I received notices from building management. When a heat wave started in Toronto, she checked in about additional ways to keep the kitty cool. I came home to a happy and relaxed cat!
Where do I start!? Michelle is as honest one can be. Her companions are these little puppies I believe 7 of them, and they're all nurished to peak health. Hard working and smart at it too, Michelle doesn't cut corners and makes the best of a tough decision. Actions speak for itself and that's what you will witness from Michelle. She has plenty of experience with animals, 8 years in fact with both feline and canine. I know this because she brags about it.

Schedule
I have a part-time job, so my schedule is quite flexible. I'm available most of the time, including weekends, which allows me to consistently prioritize pet care. Whether it's feeding, walking, or just spending quality time, I can easily fit these responsibilities into my daily routine. My availability also means I can adapt to any special needs or unexpected situations that may arise.
