Im a teacher and I am off all summer. I’m available 24 hours a day to enjoy taking care of doggies. My home is big and my yard is fenced and I enjoy housing dogs and sending their parents fun pictures during their stay. During school months I am still available for boarding. My mother in law lives at home with us and she provides a potty break at noon and she also provides love and cuddles. I work from 8 to 3. I feed them and walk them before I leave and when I return they have all my attention the rest of the day.

I have a two story house so if a visiting dog needs a break from playing with my dogs I put mine upstairs. Crates are not used at my house unless upon request by the owner. The crate would need to be provided by the owner. My yard is fenced and when I walk them I use the leash/harness provided by the owner. Each pet is left with their food measured in zip lock bags and their dishes as well as a special blanket so they don’t miss their home.

It’s important for me to know their routine and what makes them feel safe and happy. It is also important to me to know if it’s ok to give my guests dog friendly treats or if they need to keep their strict diet.
A typical day
I like to play fetch in the yard with them. I enjoy taking them to the dog park. I have a basket of toys that I pour out and play with them. We also enjoy playing with the water hose and ice if it’s a hot day.

Hi, I’m Michelle. I have had a passion for dogs my whole life. What sets me aside from others is my loving tender care. It makes my heart happy to care for dogs. When I house dogs they are part of my family.

I had a really bad experience first time I left her but this time has been a wonderful experience.
Michelle and her husband are such dog lovers! They instantly made our hesitant and nervous dog fall in love with them. Constantly letting our pup cuddle with them and having our baby play with Bailey outside. She made our fur baby feel at home and very loved. Greatly appreciate Michelle and her wonderful family.
