I was raised with dogs and cats growing up and believe that nothing can match the unconditional love of a pet in a home. I have almost 10 yrs experience boarding dogs and cats, the last 8 yrs with Rover. Now with a steady long term following and over 100-5 star reviews, I am committed as ever to help your pet feel at home in my home. At this time most of my work is inside the of the house. I love to go for walks around the neighborhood and could take your dog too. I believe a walked dog is a happy dog. I also get as much information about your pet so that I can try to be consistent with what they are used to at home. I accept dogs up to 23 lbs. About my yard My backyard has a chainlink fence and I am on a 1/2 acre lot. It is secure with lots of room to run and play. My patio door leads right to the backyard so that I can monitor your pet when outside. My experience administering medication I am comfortable with administering medication. I allow your pet full access to the whole house. This includes furniture if they are allowed. There is a security gate around the front door for extra protection. I like to walk your pets and play fetch too! I will treat your pet the way I would want someone to care for mine. Like one of the family. :)

Michelle was wonderful and took such good care of my pup! I could tell right away she has a lot of experience with dogs and felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her care. She communicated well checking in with updates and pictures. I’ll definitely be rebooking with her in the future.
This was my first time using Rover & Michelle was fantastic! My dog was happy & well taken care of. Lots of cute pictures shared with us made us feel confident he was being taken care of and loved. I will totally use Michelle again!
Our dogs had a nice stay. They really enjoyed the spacious backyard and the company of other small dogs. Michelle provided frequent updates and took great care of them.

Michelle took wonderful care of my dog while I was away. She invited us over for a meet and greet ahead of time and made sure to learn all about my pet's needs. Michelle made sure to provide daily updates and shared pictures as well. Winnie looks forward to staying with Michelle again!
I just picked up Sadie from her very first non-family overnight and I’m so grateful to have found Michelle, she was the perfect fit! After trialing a lady that was recommended by a community Facebook group and coming to find out she had 10+ dogs during the day that just wasn’t for us. Michelle took the time to learn Sadie’s routine and reached out with any questions. Sadie quickly warmed up to Michelle and soon was enjoying her favorite belly rubs! I’m thankful Michelle will walk Sadie as that is what she is used to for potty breaks. I was apprehensive for years about boarding Sadie and only had my mom watch her when I had to get away. Now that I found Michelle I have no worries and can plan more family/extended family get aways knowing Sadie is in good hands!

Schedule
I am only working outside the house part-time in the afternoon a couple of days a week so I am home alot. I like to go for walks, weather permitting so I would bring your dog along if desired. I set aside play time and invite them to be in whatever room I am in.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a sliding patio door in the kitchen on the main floor where I mostly hang out. I let pups out often in case they don't know how to tell me at first. I also set aside time for walks and playtime. I try to keep the same feeding schedule that your pet has at home when possible and that goes for treats as well. I always make sure there is plenty of water and comfortable places for them to lay around and even look out the window for their paw patrol duty. Oh and we all love cat naps!

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I would walk him in my neighborhood with sidewalks on every street. Your pets sleeping arrangement: Your pet can sleep wherever he/she wants including my bed or wherever your preference. Time I'll spend with your pet: I am willing to take your pet for 15-30 min walks or play catch or other games. I love to cuddle with my furry friends whenever I'm sitting on the couch or even laying in bed.
