I am currently working from home. I walk my own dog 3+ times a day. He gets fed twice a day, and we have plenty of time for playing fetch in the house and belly rubs during the day. Occasionally, we'll take a long walk or drive to Genesee Off-leash area, where there is both a large and small/shy dog area.

I make sure my own dog gets enough walk and exercise each day, and a solid breakfast and dinner each day. He spends most of the day napping on the couch, but he can get into a lil' play wrestle sesh every now and then.

Does your dog gets along with other small-medium size dogs? Are there specific care needs that your dog has? How does your dog do with strangers?
A typical day
Our routine with our dog is to start with a brisk walk and then breakfast. Morning is time for napping or play. We'll go for another longer walk around lunch time, followed by an afternoon of napping. Dinner, some play, and another walk, and then finally one last quick walk before bed.

Open for dog sitting exchange
Pet care experience
We're mostly on Rover to in order to find a dog-sitting exchange in our neighborhood and a new friend for our dog Albert. Albert is a 14-pound rescue from Korea, born in 2020. We love going on walks together and meeting other little dogs. Let's do a meet-and-greet to see if our dogs will get along first. It's best to meet on neutral territory outside and then a slow introduction into our home. Albert can be corrective with puppies and dogs who are bit too enthusiastic. But he has made many good friends on Rover and if our dogs are a good fit, we'd be open to having a dog-sit exchange through Rover.
Reviews

Michelle was wonderful. We scheduled a meet and greet prior our first day. Albert and our puppy became instant bff. Throughout the day Michelle would send updates, photos and videos. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back.

Michelle was great, friendly, and so communicative! My dog Matzah can be very picky with people but she warmed right up to Michelle and the extra cuddles she gave! Each day during my trip, I got cute pictures and updates. It put my mind at ease and allowed me to really enjoy my time away. I think I’ve found my forever sitter, can’t wait to re-book soon!

Michelle was awesome! She sent lots of photo updates, and kept us posted about Charlie’s activities throughout the day- walks, bathroom breaks, etc. He had a great time playing with her dog and was always nice and tired coming home at the end of the day after getting good play and exercise. We’d tooootally recommend her and will definitely be trying to book her in the future!

Michelle was very kind and attentive. We got frequent updates and our dog clearly had a wonderful time. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone seeking a reliable dogsitter!
