Animals have always been a big part of my life. I cared for my dog for 12 years, cooking his meals, giving medications, and supporting him through chemotherapy — helping him live longer and happier than expected. That taught me patience, compassion, and how to care for pets with special needs. I’m also a proud cat mom to three, and I look after a colony of seven strays I’ve helped get fixed, fed, and loved. Because of this, I understand that every pet has their own personality — from shy rescues to playful puppies to senior pets that need extra comfort. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me for years to walk, feed, and love their pets like my own. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a walk, or an overnight stay, I’ll make sure your fur baby feels safe, happy, and cared for.

With my own pets, I provide personalized meals, vitamins, and consistent routines — and I bring that same level of attention to every animal I look after. In a client’s home, I make sure pets stay safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their established routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, daily walks, or quiet cuddle time. My goal is to build trust by treating each pet like family and making sure they feel happy and secure in their environment.

Michelle was great with my cat. She sent me pics and videos of my cat when I was gone for my dad's funeral. It made me less stressed knowing Michelle was checking in on my cat.
Michelle is absolutely wonderful with pets! She takes care of my dog, Blue, and my cat, Pepper, with so much love, patience, and attention. She truly cares about their happiness and well-being, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cherished. I completely trust her and feel so lucky knowing my pets are in her care.
I had the pleasure of having Maura take care of my cat Mr. Capone-E while I was away on a weekend getaway. She was absolutely wonderful with him and treated him with so much love and attention that I felt completely at ease. A few weeks later, I had to leave on a last minute emergency trip to Mexico. I had so many things to juggle during that stressful time but when it came to my cat I immediately thought about contacting Maura. And once again she came through. Knowing my cat was safe and cared for by someone I trust during though time was such a relief. Maura has truly been a blessing in my life. Not only is my cat a huge part of my world, but having someone I can confidently trust to look after Mr. Capone-E is truly priceless. Thank you, Maura.

I’m flexible with scheduling and can adjust to meet each pet’s needs, whether that’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine consistent so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

- Please share any special needs, routines, or behaviors your pet has so I can provide the best possible care. I’m comfortable with dogs up to 100 lbs, but for safety reasons I don’t accept giant breeds over that weight. It also helps to know if your dog has leash-pulling tendencies, reactivity, or requires medication, so I can plan walks and visits that keep them safe, happy, and comfortable.
