Michelle has been a great pet caregiver for my sweet cat Ginger! My cat is very shy and Michelle has a very calm demeanor and is able to adjust her caregiving style to accommodate my cat's unique needs (quiet settings, slow movements, nothing startling, etc.). It's been a relief to know that someone can take care of my cat while I'm away and not induce any additional stress. I also know she'd work very well with all different types of pets, not just cats, because she's good with animals, is very methodical when following instructions/schedules/routines and understands what owners want for their pets.
