My priority is to make every stay feel like a vacation for your dog- so you feel confident knowing your pup is safe, happy, and loved while you're away. It all began over 20 years ago when my family got a golden retriever. Since then, dogs have had a special place in my heart. Over the years, I’ve volunteered as a dog walker for senior citizens and now offer dog sitting and boarding from my home. I have experience caring for: • Senior dogs • Dogs who are blind, deaf, or have complex health conditions • Administering oral medications I work from home, which means your dog will never be left alone for long. I keep their schedule consistent- walks, meals, naps, and play- and provide regular photo/video updates so you stay connected. Walks include neighborhood strolls, trips to Prospect or Fort Greene Parks (always leashed), and occasional visits to enclosed dog runs. I also have access to a private, fenced yard where dogs can enjoy fresh air safely. Dogs in my care get tons of attention, exercise, and affection. I specialize in doodles and other hypoallergenic breeds. Let me know what your pup needs. I’d love to welcome them into a calm, loving home.

From the many photos and videos (!) we received, it was evident that Michelle gave a lot of attention and care to our dog during her stay. She was very communicative and professional and made herself available for a meet n greet on short notice. All of this was especially appreciated during the stress of unexpected travel. I’d recommend Michelle to others!
Michelle is a great sitter! She took care of my two dogs over an extended weekend while traveling for a wedding. She shared a ton of photos (which we loved especially being far away) and updates every day so we always knew what the pups were up to. We picked up the pups and they were all smiles- a sure sign they had the best weekend in the care of Michelle.
Michelle saved us in a pinch and we're so glad we found her! We just moved to the area and needed someone to watch our 2 dogs while movers brought our stuff into our new home. Michelle graciously agreed to take them for the day. Her great communication skills via text while we coordinated for our dogs' care gave me a lot of confidence that she knew what she was doing and was very detail oriented. We were not disappointed! She gave us frequent updates and photos throughout the day and kept our mind at ease that our dogs were having a fun day while we dealt with the craziness of our move. This is the first time we've agreed to book so quickly with a new sitter and without first doing a meet and greet, and we're so happy we found Michelle in our new neighborhood. We've lived in multiple cities and have had a lot of dog sitters over the years (our dogs are almost 12 and 13). Michelle is definitely one of the best we've had in terms of communication and attention to detail. I highly recommend her!

I work from home, so your dog will always have the ability to go on walks, take potty breaks, and receive plenty of attention from me. I make it a priority to accommodate their needs and to ensure the best possible experience for your pet.

I live in a dog-friendly elevator apartment building. Dogs with mobility issues may use a ramp to enter. In addition, I have a dog stroller that I use for pups with mobility issues - I love finding ways to make sure they get access to as much outdoor time as possible!
Ein typischer Tag
Your dog will never be bored, that’s for sure! I love to have dance parties with them and take plenty of live action photos and videos to share with you. Over the years, with owner permission, I’ve taken them to the beach, out to picnics and to outdoor dining spots in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
