I like to walk in my neighborhood and will only walk dogs who are thoroughly leashed trained. Pulling and lunging after other dogs can be dangerous. If your dog enjoys play time and is properly socialized I can arrange for playtime with equally friendly neighbor dogs.
A typical day
Your dog can run freely in my yard or we can play fetch and chase tennis balls. Taking walks through my neighborhood helps them stay active and happy. Weather permitting I work outside so we can both enjoy fresh air and sunshine.

Hi! I’m Michelle. I grew up with and have owned dogs my entire life and am ready to start taking care of yours. While I no longer have a pet of my own, I am a caregiver to many. Spending time with dogs helps keep me active and outdoors- I enjoy helping others keep their pets busy and happy. My large yard does not get used enough and has plenty of space where your pet can spend time outdoors playing or relaxing in the sun. The walking trails in my friendly neighborhood are ideal for exploring and finding new places to roam. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs who may need extra attention. From 7lb mini-Poodles to 90lb Labs and everything in between, your pet will be well taken care of during their time with me. I work from home and am flexible for mid-day walks/drop ins most days of the week and overnights as well. I’ve included photos of a few of my regulars as well as my previous Labrador, Baxter.

Michelle is a caring and skilled dog-sitter. Her home, fenced-in-yard, and neighborhood are all terrific for caring for dogs. We felt confident while we were away that our fur-baby was in great hands. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Michelle! She is a former pet owner and also takes care of her daughter’s furry canine! She is very kind and attentive towards my dog, who is my pride and joy. I asked her if she could just walk her once and she instead, she voluntarily asked (and brought) my dog into her home and took excellent care of her.
