Honestly, I was extremely unsure of how this was going to go. We just very recently got our puppy and in the process of figuring out puppy parent life, while maintaining our full time jobs. My fiancé and I both got scheduled very heavy hours for work on a Saturday and very last minute. While actively crate training our puppy we did not want to leave him in the crate ALL day. I messaged Michelle and Cyrus a few days beforehand along with other sitters who just weren’t available with such a last minute booking. Michelle and Cyrus responded almost immediately and were happy for us to stop by whenever worked for us, for them to meet us and Yoshi to see if it would be plausible. After some discussion and the warning that she would only be able to take my puppy most likely this one time due to just the chaos and rigorous amount of activity he does require and Michelle’s physical limitations (I have a baby golden retriever so I completely understand how much strain he can cause in even just a person in early adulthood let alone later in life). With him being so big, heavy, and extremely hyper, and definitely a pain in everyone neck. She was still happy to take him in because of our struggles to find a sitter so last minute. Cyrus was just so polite and helpful in just the meet and greet portion of finding this temporary help. He was happy to clean up my puppy’s accident and they both denied my help in cleaning it up. A few days before it was time for his puppy sitting he had a regular checkup that had just completely slipped my mind beforehand. Afterwards I was so busy I just kept forgetting to update her on his medication and him needing to take it on the day we needed him taken care of. I brought it with on the day of his sitting and she was so helpful in providing it for him and hearing out the instructions I provided to her. She was extremely helpful in his training and providing me with information that I will likely carry far into his doggy life and also many pictures of Yoshi, Cyrus, and Michelle all playing together. Even with my puppy’s behavior and just being so new to life that he’s so extra and excited all the time she was so nice and helpful and I will always be grateful for her help today.

Michelle treats her guests like her own pets. Cyrus is always there for dropoff and pickup, offering his assistance as needed. When I arrive, her dogs and mine assemble around me for love as if we are all a collective tribe. I couldn't ask for a better pet sitter.

I loved the photos and videos and stories that Michelle sent approximately every other day. When I went to pick my dogs up, it was clear that my dogs and her dogs had become a family pack. The four of them greeted me as if the purpose of my visit was to see all of them. Cyrus was on the job when I asked for help getting the cage back out to the car. Looking forward to boarding my dogs with Michelle and Cyrus again.

So happy my boys were well taken care of for the week! Great communication, updates, pictures, and care! Will be rebooking next time needed!

Michelle and Cyrus were so wonderful with our dogs. They have an excellent set up at the house and in their back yard for the dogs. Michelle was very responsive and attentive. She sent pictures and videos every day which helped ease our minds being away from our babies for a week. They took such great care of our pups and we are so grateful! We highly recommend Michelle and Cyrus.

Michelle was fantastic with Max, my 17-year-old dog. Max has separation anxiety, but he seemed calm when I left him and he was taking a nap when I picked him up. He even came back clean and brushed! I will definitely be leaving Max with Michelle any time I am in the area and need a dog-sitter.
