I currently work remotely from home, which gives me some flexibility with my schedule. I can visit your pet in the mornings before my workday starts at 8:30am, after work, and - if needed - around noon to ensure they’re happy and well cared for. Please note that midday visits are only available in the Lostock Hall area.

I offer reliable pet sitting services where I visit your home, so your beloved pet can stay in their familiar and comfortable environment. Along with feeding and cleaning up after them, I’ll make sure they get plenty of cuddles, company, and playtime if needed. For your peace of mind, I’m also happy to water plants, take out the rubbish bins, and open or close blinds and curtains to give your home a lived-in look while you’re away. I'm DBS checked and hold a pet first aid certificate, so you can feel confident your pet and home are in safe hands. Note: To make sure all pets stay happy and healthy, I kindly ask that they are kept up to date with flea treatment before any sitting. This helps protect your pet, my own cats, and other households I care for.

It’s really important for me to know as much as possible about your pet in advance so I can provide the best care. Every animal has its own personality, habits, and needs such as it’s special dietary requirements, medical conditions, favourite toys, routines, or things they’re afraid of. The more I know upfront, the more smoothly things will go, and the more comfortable and safe your pet will feel in my care. During our initial meet and greet, I’ll do my best to learn everything I need to know about your pet and your home, but I also really appreciate it when clients leave a little “handbook” or written guide with key information. It’s super helpful for making sure I don’t miss anything while you’re away.

A typical visit starts with checking in on your pet and seeing what they’re in the mood for - whether that’s playtime, a bit of brushing, some cuddles, or just quiet company. I always respect each pet’s personality and energy level. After that, I’ll take care of feeding and fresh water, and while your pet eats, I’ll tidy up, water plants if needed, and handle any small tasks you’ve requested. Before I leave, there’s always time for one last cuddle or check-in to make sure everything is calm and cosy.

I've lived with cats my whole life and currently share my home with three friendly felines, so caring for cats and understanding their different personalities has always been part of my daily life. I'm DBS checked, fully insured, and trained in pet first aid, so you can feel confident that both your pet and your home are in safe hands. While cats are my main focus, I also accept calm, well-behaved dogs after a meet & greet. I'm also an experienced freshwater aquarium owner and understand how important stable tank conditions are. I'm happy to help with basic fish care such as feeding and checking equipment during visits. Note: To help keep all pets safe and healthy, I kindly ask that cats are up to date with flea and parasite treatments before any sitting. This helps protect your pet, my own cats, and the other households I care for.

Michelle was very friendly, professional and helpful. This was our first time working with her and we were nervous about how our usually very timid cat would take to a new sitter. Michelle was absolutely fantastic with both of our kitties while we were away for our wedding. She took such great care of them that we’ve already booked her again to look after them during our honeymoon! She respected our home, spent quality time playing with the cats, and sent us daily updates with plenty of photos of our babies, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Before we left, Michelle came to meet us, visit the house, and get to know both cats. She has such a calm, reassuring presence that they both felt comfortable approaching her straight away, which really put our minds at ease. We can already tell they’re excited to see her again! Absolute superstar🌟🌟🌟 I booked last minute as our previous sitter had let us down & i couldnt be more pleased to have met Michelle and for her to look after our fur babies. She came at short notice for a home visit to meet the 2 - both took to her so well. We received daily updates with pictures, letting us know what she had been up to during the visit (plenty of playing, fussing & treaties given🥰). She was respectful to the house & gave us great peace of mind that my youngest had his medicine whilst we were away. Thank you thank you Michelle. Cant wait to see you again & neither can the kitties 🐾❤️
