Michelle was phenomenal. She is one of those rare, super sweet, deeply caring dog sitters who immediately puts both you and your pup at ease. My original sitter canceled last minute and I was understandably anxious trying to find someone right before Thanksgiving, but Michelle stepped in with so much kindness and professionalism that I instantly knew my dog was in the best possible hands. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt safe, loved, and understood. She sent thoughtful updates, tons of adorable photos, and reassuring messages that showed just how attentive she truly is. Seeing all the snuggles, walks, and happy moments completely eased my mind and let me enjoy my trip knowing my dog wasn’t just being watched, she was being cherished. Michelle treats your pet like they are her own, and that kind of genuine care is priceless. If you are lucky enough to book her, do it without hesitation.
