Going away for more than a week or two? I'm a writer and personal coach who can work from anywhere -- and I've been doing that for 4 years now! Living with wonderful pets from Newfoundland to Ontario. I know what's it's like to hand your home and pets over to strangers when you plan to be away for weeks or months. My commitment is that you feel relieved and relaxed, knowing that I've been in your shoes. Since I work from home, your pets are never alone for long. I'm on Signal, Whatsapp, and Telegram, so if you need to text or want pictures of your darlings, no problem. I now have a library of pet photos of all my furry friends! I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. We had a major international trip planned, and arranging pet care was a real source of stress since most of our friends and family weren’t able to commit to the full duration (being almost 3 weeks). I was naturally a bit nervous about using a pet sitter whom we didn’t know, but after our initial meet & greet with Michelle we immediately felt at ease. We have a rescue dog who is quite anxious and needs more mindful/attentive care. Michelle didn’t hesitate at all and was very respectful of all our instructions... there was a lot haha. We received daily updates, her communication was consistently prompt, and our dog loved her which meant everything while being so far away. She also treated our home with great care, taking initiative with small tasks like watering plants and making sure everything was in order. For anyone trying Rover for the first time and feeling unsure, I would highly recommend reaching out to Michelle, trust me your pet will be in very good hands!
We had a fantastic experience with our pet sitter. From the very beginning, her communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring. She handled a lot of moving parts, especially one of our dog’s medication routines, with great attention to detail. She was consistently punctual, kept everything tidy, and made our home feel just as we left it. While we were away, she sent detailed updates that really put us at ease and helped us feel connected to our pets. It is such a relief to find someone so reliable and attentive. We would happily book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, organized, and genuinely wonderful sitter.
Our first experience with Michelle was great. Out goldens were well taken care of and we had no worries while away on our trip.
Michelle was amazing taking care of our 2 digs and 2!cats, day and night for 7 days. She is a natural with animals and a lovely person that we trusted with our home as well as pets. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle was absolutely wonderful! She stayed in our home, walked our dog, and took such great care of him. Her communication was excellent, and she kept us updated the whole time, which gave us so much peace of mind. We came home to a happy pup and a well-cared-for home.
