Fun vacation for your dog
We are a family of dog lovers that would love to host your four-legged best friend while you are away. I grew up taking care of dogs, and since then have adopted 3 with my husband, two of which passed away in recent years. I work from home so your dog will have company at all times. And this allows me the flexibility to take your dog out for a walk or pee break throughout the day. I will make sure to provide you with pictures and fast replies to your texts. The whole family will provide attention and love to your dog. We enjoy spending time outdoors exercising the dogs and playing with them. We live right across the street from some great trails, including power line. The kids are 11 and 13 and have lived with dogs with very different personnalities, from a high energy dog to one that was very calm and needed his own peaceful space. Although the whole family will be keeping your dog company and providing unlimited cuddles, I will be the main caregiver who will make sure your dog is confortable and happy at all times. Our dog is a 3-year old blue heeler mix who is very sociable and easygoing. If you have any questions or would like to set up a meet & greet, please don't hesitate to reach out.

For both long and short trips she is fantastic at providing updates and is always accommodating to the specific needs of our dog. Michelle is the best! I knew from the moment we met that Parker would be in good hands. She provided daily updates of their walks and pictures of how happy our girl was during her stay. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Michelle and her sweet dog, Sheila.
Michelle is wonderful! She’s become my go-to for my busy black lab, Birdie. It’s a great comfort knowing that Birdie’s getting plenty of love, exercise, and attention while I’m away. Michelle is also easy to communicate and coordinate with, which makes booking, drop off and pick up a breeze. Highly recommend!

My dog Skye was so happy. Michelle gave me updates and made me feel relaxed as this was Skye’s first longer time away from us. The next day, I think my dog misses her and her trail walks and her lovely dog. Would definitely use Michelle again!

Schedule
I am currently working part-time from home so I will have plenty of time to play and walk with your dog. I am available during the week and weekend.

Safety, trust & environment
We have trails right across the street and a small backyard for short pee breaks, although we rather take our dog for multiple walks throughout the day instead of using the backyard.

A typical day
I love to go for long walks on the North Shore trails or can play fetch if your dog is into that like our is. We also have dog puzzles if your dog likes to be mentally challenged.
