Caring for animals has been second nature to us since childhood. From raising my first dog into their golden years to training our first puppy together, my partner and I have embraced every stage of a pet’s life with dedication and love. With hands-on experience in training, feeding, bathing, and administering medication, we understand the unique needs of each dog, whether they are energetic working breeds or wise senior companions. We take pride in providing a safe, enriching environment, ensuring that all dogs in our care feel secure, engaged, and part of our family. Before any stay, we conduct a careful introduction to make sure everyone gets along—because safety and controlled socialization are always our top priorities. And to capture the adventure? We include professional-level photos with every stay, so you’ll always have a glimpse of your pup’s happy moments.

Every dog has their own rhythm, and we respect that—whether they thrive on high-energy outings or prefer quiet companionship. We follow your house rules, including potty training routines and crate training, to maintain consistency and comfort. Enrichment is at the heart of what we do, from interactive puzzles to engaging activities that challenge both body and mind.
Ratings and reviews
These two are absolutely phenomenal! We've booked with them several times now and every time our dog has so much fun. There have been a couple of times where our dog needed a little extra care (senior dog) and they never hesitated to step up and still watch. Our dog is always so excited to see them and we are never concerned that he'll be cared for like one of their own pups. These guys are flexible, accommodating, and do a keep open communication throughout our dog's stays. Love these guys!
Michelle and Aurelio took great care of our dog, Penny, while we went on vacation. We have never left her longer than a weekend, but they were very communicative throughout her whole stay. Penny is high energy and they made sure her needs were met. Thank you very much for watching Penny for us! Would recommend 😊

I want to gate-keep this information cause I don’t want to share them! lol however, I won’t… Michelle and Aurelio are AMAZING!!! Not only do they really seem to care about animals and what they do but they spoiled my girl while she was in their care. They treated her like she was a part of their family. The beautiful photos I received are so so appreciated and I need to frame a few! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to care for your fur babies. 20/10!!!
Michelle & Aurelio were amazing watching our fur baby. They sent us daily pictures and kept us in the loop thru out the days . I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the near future!

Schedule
At A Nomadic Nimmie, we balance structure, adventure, and relaxation to create a fulfilling experience for every dog in our care. My fiancé works full-time, while I work part-time with a flexible schedule, adjusting as needed with advance notice to prioritize our bookings. To ensure your pet isn't left home alone, please plan to book at least a month in advance so that I may adjust accordingly. On workdays, your pup may be left for up to 6 hours with my two friendly dogs, Denver and Khaleesi, in a safe, comfortable environment. I only work 3-4 days a week, ensuring that the majority of the time, I am home engaging, training, and adventuring with our pack. When I’m home, the day is filled with tailored enrichment—interactive puzzles, training games, outings, and social play. Whether it’s a long walk, a nature adventure, or a cozy snuggle session, every pup is included in the rhythm of our home. We believe in balancing activity with relaxation, ensuring your dog is both mentally and physically fulfilled.
