Leading up to the reservation date, communication was good w who I thought was Michelle V. I told Michelle I would be there between 10:10:30am. On the day of drop off, on the way I texted Michelle at 10am who stated she ran out to grab breakfast and that her 20 year old son Andre would greet us. Immediately my spider sense kicked in and I told her this I would stop at CVS and to message me when she was home. She said no that’s ok, you can come by my son can greet you. We pulled up to the house and my heart sank. The window blinds were all ripped up, the exterior of the house overall unkept, a dirty comforter lying in the bushes by the front door, etc. the son came out away from the house to greet us as to keep us away from going in. We kept our puppies in the car and our nerves were very heightened. We said we’re going to need to see inside before going any further. We didn’t go inside but just looked in from the front porch and the place was far from our standards as far as clean, to how we and our dogs live. Michelle wasn’t back yet. We told the son we would wait in the car for Michelle. But my husband said even if she does exist and comes back, do we really want to leave our pups there. I said no way. We had a flight leaving PHL in 3 hours to go to Hilton Head to celebrate my husband’s bday. We immediately began to create plan B. I had been to a dog event a few weeks prior at Lucky’s Bed and Biscuit and that came to mind. Within an hour, a collaboration between Lucky’s and our vet Cologne Animal Hospital, we solidified a reservation. We made our flight. Rover has agreed to a fair refund. One miss on my part I DIDN’T DO A MEET AND GREET PRIOR. LESSON LEARNED.

Good experience for our puppies visit

Michelle has watched Mojo for us probably at least 6 times - he is always well taken care of, lots of photos, and he is SPOILED by her ❤️

🗣️ Michelle was everything I hoped for!! She is great at what she does!! Loved all the updates and pictures! I will definitely be booking her again! Millie is her favorite! 🩷 and Millie loves her too! Michelle is the one for your fur babies!!

Michelle was so good with our dog Teddy. She didn’t put him in a cage which a lot of other people do. He was so comfortable there and she kept us updated and sent us pics through out his stay with her. We will definitely use her again. She made us feel really comfortable leaving our baby with her. She’s amazing!

Michelle was amazing with my 13 year old dog. Yes is very detailed with keeping me up to date on my dog with pictures and messages. Not only did she take care of her for the night she also gave her a bath and made sure her skin was nice and moisturized. All of her products where all natural. Michelle cared for my dog as it was one of her pets. I highly recommend Michelle. This was my first experience in having my dog taken care by someone else in there home. I will diffidently book Michelle again. Thank you Michelle.
