I am not afraid of fur or slobber so your dog will get plenty of cuddles from me! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds including doodles, pit bull mixes, german shepherds, newfoundlands, corgis, terriers, and plenty of rescue mutts! I have been around dogs since I was 10 and began walking them in 2018. I also began volunteering at the Animal Humane Society and stayed there from 2018-2019. There, I learned skills such as safe handling, appropriate reactions, and reading dog behavior that I rely on as a dog sitter. I have a passion for all animals, no matter their species, size, or temperament, and want to make them feel as comfortable as possible when their owner is not around. No dog is too big or too small. One of my favorite clients is a 175lbs Newfoundland and his Husky/Pit Bull mix sister!

I will provide your pet with attention, affection, and meet them where they are at in their needs. I also have a lot of experience with shy dogs who are high anxiety. My time with the Animal Humane Society has taught me the proper techniques to approach and tend to dogs with different comfort zones for strangers in their homes.

This was my second time using Michelle and she is just the best. She gives me nervous dog so much love and he quickly became so comfortable with her! She is happy to be in regular communication during my week long trip. She’s definitely my go to!
Once again, Michelle did a wonder job caring for Sunshine. We had a carefree weekend at our daughter’s wedding knowing our pup was in very good hands.
Michelle was awesome!! Extremely communicative and attentive to instructions. She asked good questions during our meet and greet that made me confident she would take great care of Odie! I don’t trust many people with Odie and I will definitely use Michelle again :)
Michelle was very caring for our dogs during our trip. She ensured they got out during very icy weather and kept them company. We had one minor problem with communication, but aside from that, everything went well. The dogs were in good hands, and she’s very much a dog person! We had to leave very early for our flight out of town, and she was kind enough to come to our house earlier than expected to make it easier for the transition - we appreciated that.
Michelle was wonderful— would absolutely use her again. She was very communicative while we were away and we returned to happy dogs and a spotless house. Highly recommended this sitter!

Schedule
I am a Physical Therapist working a varied schedule. I work 10 hours Mondays, have Tuesdays off, 5 hours Wednesdays, 8 hours Thursdays, and 8 hours Fridays with weekends off. I will be at your house overnight and before and after work for walks, play time, and snuggles!
