***COMPLIMENTARY LEASH TRAINING UPON REQUEST*** Hi! My name is Michele, I'm a native New Yorker living on the Upper East Side. I grew up around animals all my life; dogs, cats, hamsters, a ferret (even a few mice!) so it's safe to assume my love for all things cute and cuddly runs deep in my veins. It is my profound belief that all animals should be loved, protected and treated with respect. My experience includes owning a lovable, well-behaved Staffordshire Terrier for almost 13 years, that I personally trained since the day I got him at six weeks old. When he passed, he left a giant hole in my heart and I knew I wanted to use my experience and expertise to help other pet owners. Since then, I've fostered and provided at-home pet services to countless dogs and cats in the area. I have experience with all breeds, sizes and age levels. I may look small, but no breed is too big for me! :) I have a lot of patience and energy, perfect for keeping up with your puppy's needs and, of course, caring for senior dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. I offer overnight boarding, day care, drop-in visits, and dog walking in 30 mins to 1 hour increments and have experience administering medications, if needed. Leash training is a specialty of mine and would be happy to offer that as a complimentary add-on to any service upon request.
