Hi! I’m Michele. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up with pets and have been caring for dogs and other animals for more than 12 years. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or a senior, I understand that every animal has their own unique personality and routine. I previously provided in-home boarding through Rover in 2022 in 2023. Through Rover and client referrals, I have cared for many wonderful dogs, especially smaller breeds, although I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I loved giving them a safe, calm home, where they receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and cuddles. Today, I primarily offer overnight housesitting, allowing your pets to stay comfortable in their own home while maintaining their normal routines. I know that consistency helps reduce stress, so I make every effort to keep feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime, just as they’re accustomed to. I have experience and administering oral medications and caring for pets with special medical needs. I am also comfortable caring for senior dogs, puppies, and multi-pet households. Whether your pet needs extra patience, frequent potty breaks, gentle exercise, or simply lots of affection, I’m happy to provide the individualized care they deserve. One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me. My longest standing pet-sitting family has relied on me for over 12 years, and they still fly me back to Oregon to care for their pets whenever they travel. That kind of long-term relationship is something I never take for granted. When I’m caring for your pets, you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you always know they’re happy, safe and well cared for. I understand how important peace of mind is while you’re away. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate overnight stays, extended vacations, weekend trips, holiday travel, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. I believe pets are family, and I care for every dog and cat with the same patience, kindness, and attention I would want for my own.
