In the spring, I work M-F from around 9a-4/5p. I travel some weekends for work. If not, I work Saturdays for ~7-8 hours and Sunday for ~2-3 hours. I have a dog walker come walk my dog a few days during the week and when I’m not traveling on Saturdays.

I have a 1.5 year old Havanese dog who is very friendly! I do not have a fenced yard but will make sure your pet will get all of the walks/exercise they need!

Please let me know if your dog has any specific needs so I can adhere to their normal routine as closely as possible! Any quirks that are normal for them that I should know is also helpful. I have experience caring for sick dogs, as well. My first dog passed from cancer but had been sick for about 3-4 months and needed a lot of special attention so I am comfortable taking care of sick dogs.

Anything you or your dog likes! Every dog has different needs/likes, so I don’t want to give a cookie cutter answer like “long walks, fetch, games, belly rubs” because it depends on your dog! Whatever makes them the happiest :) Having my 1 year old dog around too will help provide entertainment with playtime. I like trail walks so if it’s something you think your dog would enjoy then I’d be happy to take them there! If they are more comfortable sticking to the neighborhood, then that’s where I would go!

Hello! I am back on Rover after taking some time away to settle in/train my new pup. I have taken care of many dogs through Rover. I have a 1.5 year old Havanese dog named Benny. He is extremely friendly and loves to play. He has yet to meet a dog that he doesn’t like! Now that he’s a little older, we’re ready to welcome other pups for dog sitting! Having just trained a brand new puppy, more puppies are certainly welcome. In September 2023 I lost my dog of 10 years to cancer. I got him when he was a puppy and took care of him until his passing. He was very sick for the last 3-4 months of his life so I have experience with sick/fragile/older dogs. I also grew up with dogs in my family my whole life and was a dog sitter while I was in college before I got my own!

Michele was great with Asher! I needed someone to dogsit him last minute while I went out of town and luckily she was available. She’s very responsive and communicative and sent me updates everyday. Would deff recommend her. She is amazing. Thanks Michele! 😊
