I’ve grown up around dogs of all sizes—from Chihuahuas to American Bulldogs—and treat every furry guest with the utmost respect. Adopting my rescue, Tiger Lily, was the best decision I ever made; she went from a timid shelter pup to an active, social companion, giving us nearly 10 beautiful years together before she crossed over to doggy heaven in March 2026. Loving her through every stage of life taught me how to handle all kinds of canine needs, from teaching fun new games and tricks to providing specialized senior care. Because I looked after her toward the end of her life, I am fully experienced in caring for sick dogs and safely administering medication. Whether your pup needs high-energy play and socialization or gentle cuddles, medication, and a comfy pillow, I can adapt to exactly what they need to feel safe and loved.

Michelai took great care of my dog Baxter. Being older, he can be set in his ways. So, it was great having her stay at my house with him and keep him on his routine in his familiar space. She sent pictures to show how much he was enjoying their time together!
Was consistent and took pictures . No problems.
Michelai was awesome walking my fur baby, Ms. Chyna. Although Chyna was a puller Michelai never complained. She always came on time and Chyna was always happy to see her. I would use Michelai again.
Great care from Michelai as always. She has watched my cat close to 5 times over nearly 2 years and is very reliable.
Michelai was extra on time, proactively asked questions and very considerate about Shelley’s needs being a dog who has high anxiety.
3rd (maybe 4th) time that Michelai has watched my cat. She is super reliable, easy to communicate with, and I plan to ask her to sit again in the future if she’s available. Would recommend to friends and family!

As a full-time journalist and content creator working from home, I have complete schedule flexibility. This gives me full freedom and range to care for your pet's routine exactly as much or as little as needed throughout the day.

Beyond their scheduled feeding and potty routines, a typical day revolves around tailored attention, whether that's cozy cuddle sessions, playing with their favorite toys, or heading out for an exploratory walk to check out a new park or fresh scenery. For pets who love a little screen time before naptime, I even enjoy putting on relaxing YouTube videos made specifically for dogs or cats to help them wind down!
