Michela was absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for her help. Even though my cat caused a bit of trouble and wasn't the easiest to deal with, Michela still showed day. She handled the situation wonderfully. She is reliable, patient, and truly cares about animals. I highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely book her again!
This is my first experience of using this site and was absolutely delighted with Michela. She came in twice a day in the morning and early evening to feed Pete and clean her litter tray. Michela also played with her and managed to coax her out of her hiding place and sent pictures daily which was a huge comfort to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michela and will definitely be asking her to help out again.
Michela was great - plenty of communication and gave our pet their medication without issue.
