I believe all animals need to be loved and cared for. I grew up with many dogs and other farm animals and know how to properly care for multiple different kinds of animals. I spent my childhood in the beautiful wine country on a small farm of 5 acres. I now live in Carlsbad, CA with my husband, his parents, our very lazy cat named Baby, our extremely sweet Australian Shepard dog, Max, and our newest addition Rocket. Rocket is a 10 month old Papillon and acts tuff when he first greets a dog but has gotten along with all the dogs I take care of. I have a very open schedule, so I will be able to spend lots of quality time with your pets. Walks, hikes, casual strolls? I can do it all!! I have a large fenced yard where our dog Max loves to play fetch in. It has shaded areas and really nice green grass. Baby our cat has full run of the upstairs and we have trained our dog to not go up there. I do have a pet gate for the bottom of the stairs so we won't have to worry about your dog if it does not like cats.

Michela is very transparent on her schedule and when she’s available. She informed me about my dog when he wasn’t feeling well so I can take action. My dog isn’t a big fan of a lot of people or other dogs, but he always seems so happy to be on walks with Michaela, who is so trustworthy and kind to my dog. We are so grateful for her help.

Schedule
I am a full-time dog walker and pet sitter! After quitting my job as an environmental scientist, my husband and I embarked on a two-year trip around the world. We now live in La Costa and my husband is a head chef at Goodonya in downtown Encinitas.
