Looking for a few good dogs
Empty nesters that both work at home and are available to let playful dogs in and out as needed. We live about 10 minutes from Grand Mere Park and have a great neighborhood for walks. We have a large fenced yard that has an open grassy areas for playing ball and Frisbee and an equally large wooded area with a pond. For water loving dogs we are about a 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan (in warmer weather). We are the proud owners of Callie, a 7 year old boxer, who loves to have visitors to play with. We can provide separation for dogs that may not enjoy active play. Guest dogs become part of our family while they stay with us. We go for walks, to the beach, might stop by the dog park, or visit the farmer's market downtown.

Schedule
I work from home and am able to let dogs in and out frequently. On warm days I will move my “office” on to the deck so we can enjoy the day outside

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard with spots for laying in the sun or shade. I can separate dogs into different rooms or separate floors as needed. I am happy to crate your pet if that is what you normally do.
Pets
A typical day
I usually walk my dog in the mornings. We go out several times a day (weather permitting) and play ball or frisbee. There are often squirrels and deer in the woods behind our house that interest most dogs.
