My name is Michaelle - I'm a 22 year old working in Manhattan and living in Brooklyn with my boyfriend and my small dog, Jjangoo. My boyfriend, Michael is also 22 years old and currently works from home. We have fostered and done check-ins for puppies, cared for senior dogs, had experience administering medication to dogs, and have walked dogs of all ages and sizes. We are generally available to care for your dog any day of the week at any time. Shoot me a message and we can set up a meet'n'greet for you and your pup! Check-Ins: We will stay with your pup for half an hour to an hour. A check-in can include a quick pee break, play time, brushing, refilling food or water, or administering medication - just let us know what you need! We can do check-ins for puppies as well if your pup isn't allowed to be outside yet due to vaccination schedules. We'll update you regularly throughout the check-in from arrival and departure times and pictures and videos. Housesitting: Unfortunately we can't board dogs at our own home (although we would love to!), but we're always happy to stay with your pup at your home if need be. Housesitting would include three to four walks a day (half an hour to an hour each), administering medication, brushing, feeding meals, and playtime. If the appointment includes a weekend, we will also take your pup out to one of the parks we often frequent (McCarren, Cooper, McGorlich). We'll always check in with you first and ask if your pup is okay off leash in dog runs. We will not leave your pets unattended - if for any reason we do need to do so, we will let you know before you book the appointment. We'll update you regularly throughout the day with feeding times, times medication was administered, walk times, and pictures and videos. We are happy to house sit for dogs of any age and size, including senior dogs and puppies. Walks: We offer both half hour and hour long walks. We are happy to walk dogs of any age and size. If there is salt on the ground, we will bring Musher's Paw Wax to put on your dogs paws before walking to protect your pup from the ice and salt. Please be sure to let us know if your dog is particularly reactive to anything we should be aware of. We'll update you regularly throughout the walk with pictures, videos, and a poop update.
