I am a certified vet assistant and have my bachelors in biology. So, I am trained to do nail trimming, medications, injections, anal glands ect. Living in my home is my husband, our son who was born in July 2025 and myself. Currently I work with reptiles and mammals at the Reptarium. My whole life revolves around the care of animals so Ive had a lot of practice! The only animals at my house are my chickens and they are well contained in the back yard. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I do have a long lead so they can safely explore the whole yard!

Michaela did a wonderful job caring for our senior dog. I didn't worry at all while we were on our trip. She was even able to give him his meds daily. We appreciate the peace of mind while we were on vacation that our old man was well taken care of!

Schedule
I have a very relaxed schedule during the week and then my husband is home all weekend so there is almost always someone at home to give your fur baby the attention they deserve!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small and large dog crate available if you don’t want to bring one. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I have a great neighborhood for long walks!! We allow animals on furniture they get the run of the house! We will only kennel they if that’s what you usually do.
A typical day
Walks, runs, we can play in water, we can do anything the owner suggests. I can also bring them to the park or somewhere if the owner is comfortable. I also will always send lots of pictures and use my camera to make sure they are good ones!
