I moved to the UK 10 years ago from New Zealand where I grew up in a family home full of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and a horse. I love having animals around so would love to help anyone out with caring for their furry family members. I work from home and would love some company! I can be relatively flexible but do work the usual 9-5 even though I am at home but am happy to keep any animals who may otherwise be home alone company during the days. I can go for walks at lunch time and after 5pm and do toilet breaks more frequently during the day. I would love to care for anyone’s pets as if they were my own. Happy to answer any queries you may have and can meet you first if you would like.

Michaela took excellent care of Otto. After the meet and greet he remembered her and was very excited to see her again. She sent numerous updates and photos to keep us updated. He was very happy and comfortable in her care and we will definitely be using Micharla again. 5* :)
What can I say?! Ivor our little Pomeranian was properly looked after by Michaela and had the absolute bestest of times! Michaela kept me updated with photos and videos and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a loving and caring sitter for their dog. Thank you so much Michaela ❤️
Our two boys had never stayed away from us overnight before, so we were naturally a little apprehensive. Michaela was brilliant from start to finish. She arranged an introductory meet and greet beforehand, which really put our minds at ease, and communication was excellent throughout. They clearly settled in really well and looked happy and comfortable during their stay. Michaela managed their medication without any issues and sent us regular photos and updates, which meant we could properly relax and enjoy our short break knowing they were in safe hands. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michaela to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional dog sitter, and we'd be very happy for our boys to stay with her again.
Did a meet and greet with Michaela before booking, she was lovely to chat to and Barley loved her from the start! When Barley stayed, she had the best time with Michaela and her partner - they treated her like one of their own - they took her out with them and gave her all the cuddles and fuss, I was sent lots of photos and updated whilst I was away. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and would highly recommend. Thank you for loving my big fur baby and giving her the best holiday! ♥️
Cartwright had a fantastic time playing with a new doggy friend at Michaela’s. Michaela was very accommodating and we appreciated her meeting up beforehand. We will certainly make use of her service again.
Michaela looked after Chester for a weekend. Great communication and we got lots of updates. Chester is very anxious but Michaela took time to understand him and asked questions and was great with him! Would highly recommend. Thank you!
