I cannot believe she is allowed to take care of animals. I gave her a 5-minute video detailing how to feed my cat, focusing on mixing in meds with her food, and the first picture we get is of a bowl with the meds sprinkled on top. She spent a total of ten minutes in the house each day, somehow feeding and tending to the litter (and the feeding is not trivial). When we checked the litter box after our week-long vacation, there looked to be easily one week of excrement in the box, even though it was supposed to be taken care of daily. Not to mention, despite not including water handling in my video, she clearly messed with our automated water dispenser, putting the top on backwards and changing the setting. Also, despite the video showing where to place the food bowl, she placed it in a completely different room and when confronted, she stated that “it’s a lot to remember.” This is incredibly shameful, as the 10 minutes here could have been 15 minutes, 5 used to rewatch the video to make sure everything was being done correctly. Lastly, when I expressed concern the my cat would not eat if the meds were sprinkled on top, she claimed she could not because she was “scared” to go up our driveway, despite having driven here before to learn how to take care of the cats and expressed no prior concern. She turned my vacation into a nightmare.

Michaela has provided care for our pets on multiple occasions. We have 3 dogs, 2 very large. One of my dogs requires medication when it storms or there are fireworks in the area. Without this medication he has hurt himself due to anxiety. It was nice to have someone as knowledgeable as Michaela take care of him. I know my pets are safe and I trust that Michaela knows how to handle most situations regarding pets.
