I started dog-sitting at the age of 16 helping families take care of their furry friends from just a short weekend away to month-long vacations. From walking, feeding, and bathing to administering medications and attending to particular needs, I am comfortable with it all! I have two senior dogs at home named Teddy and Iris who enjoy chasing squirrels, running around the dog park, and hiking up not-too-tall mountains. I also have experience in taking care of cats! I am a huge cat lover but I am unable to get one of my own due to all of my loved ones having allergies :(

Michaela was amazing!! I can tell she gave my cat a lot of love since he was very chill and not stressed out when I got home. He’s an older cat that needs a lot of attention and medication daily. She was also very communicative and sent pictures throughout the weekend and left my house very clean after her stay. I would definitely recommend her and hope to use her again!
We adopted our dog two weeks ago and Michaela has been helping with midday walks a few days a week. So grateful for her patience and care. Our pup is still adjusting, but she handled every visit and walk with calm and kindness. She is responsible and respectful of our home.
Took great care of max and provided updates daily. Excellent communication and very welcoming, too. Would book again!
Michaela and her partner were WONDERFUL with our dog Rhubarb. They took her for walks regularly and even took her along on a hike over the weekend. They kept us updated regularly so we had peace of mind while traveling.
Michaela did an amazing job watching our dogs! She was very quick to respond and would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

While maintaining a full-time job, I prioritize the well-being of your beloved pets by offering my availability on evenings and weekends! I understand the demands of a busy schedule, and that's why I am committed to being there for your furry friends when you need me the most so if those times do not work for you I am more than willing to try and work around your schedule!

I currently have a small fenced in backyard. However frequent long walks would be more accommodating for smaller and medium size dogs in order to give them a chance to stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors!

Walking down Alki beach is always a fun time! I am also no stranger to carrying my own dog up the hill on Bonair when he decides he is done walking.
