Animal Care Specialist!
I’ve spent my entire life with animals and as soon as I was old enough I gladly accepted any opportunity to care for them both inside and outside of my own home. I have two degrees, one in Zoo Science and one in Conservation Science. Caring for animals isn’t just my passion it’s part of who I am. I volunteered for SPCA for 2 years and have been pet sitting for friends and family for over 10 years. I also have experience with more exotic animals ans both a sitter and as a keeper. However, I and am always looking to broaden my knowledge! I do have experience with animal training and with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in backyard with one dog and one cat. My cat loves going outside and is properly harness trained. I am capable of crating your pets if need be and can also pick up on any training routines if you don’t want to loose any progress. I love taking pets on walks, playing with them, or simply cuddling. Whatever your pet enjoys! I am also capable of cleaning up any messes made and can give medications if needed.

Michaela was great! One of our kitties can be a bit wary and antisocial, and the other can be ultra needy, but both seem to love Michaela! Thankful that there's someone so nice and knowledgeable available to keep our guys happy and fed

Michaela was fantastic! She came over a few days before our trip for a meet and greet. We were very impressed by her knowledge about animals and she was detailed about their needs, our expectations. She sent us photos daily and updates. We came home to a clean house and happy dogs! I would definitely use her again.
Michaela is great with my dogs! She takes them on walks, provides updates with pictures m, and even cleans my place up a bit before leaving.

Schedule
I do work a full time job as an animal keeper so I may not always be available for the whole day but I do have some extra time during my week, and I would love to spend it making your furry, feathered, or scaly friends as happy as can be while you are away. I am available early in the mornings and during the evenings any day of the week and do have two days off.
