We treat all dogs likes our own and they will be fully integrated into our family during their stay ❤️ Grew up with dogs, and fell in love with cats when I was adopted by my best friend Jimmy in 2007. Jimmy is no longer with me as he crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023 but I live with 2 (little) senior dogs, 4 cats and a toddler (and of course a husband). I am good with senior kitties/dogs and familiar with the medicine needed for high thyroid in cats

This was Sago’s 2nd time staying with Michaela and her sweet family and it was obvious from the minute we pulled up that he was so excited to be back. Michaela made sure to send plenty of updates and asked clarifying questions when needed about food, play time, etc. just to be safe. Her other pups are very sweet, and are super patient with him even with all of Sago’s teenage pup energy. She made sure to stay in with him the night of the 4th because of his anxiety with fireworks. We were out of town for a really big competition and knowing that Sago was being so well cared for was one less thing I needed to stress about. He’s already coming back soon for a few days and I know he’ll be so happy to see the whole crew again.
Michaela was awesome! Super attentive and professional, friendly and truly a dog-lover! Highly recommend and will definitely contact again :) Thanks so much for easing our mind with our pet family while we were away :)
Michaela did a great job with our two cats! She was available on short notice and was a great communicator. She sent multiple photos from the visit & I would absolutely recommend her to look after others pets!

We absolutely cannot recommend Michaela and her sweet family enough. We left Sago with her for 5 days and he did so well. Michaela sent plenty of updates and pictures while we were away and it really helped our peace of mind seeing how much fun he was having and love/attention he was getting. He loved playing with her dogs and son, and it’s clear that he had a great time— my husband said he tried to run back inside when he came to pick him up 😂

I am working from home, and am pretty flexible as long as I know a little in advance. So even same day visits are possible

Safety, trust & environment
I have a big fenced backyard and will treat your furry friend just like my own and will follow whatever directions are given to me. Our backyard offers a lot of shade for the hot Vegas months, and we have a bunch of umbrellas and plenty of water bowls. We even don’t mind if your dog wants to sleep in our bed, but follow whatever direction is given to us, as we know some prefer a crate over a bed. We have 2 water fountains and a bunch of stainless steal bowls. We have extra doggy beds, and also doggy stairs for little or older dogs.
Pets
A typical day
Playing, cuddling, snacking (if allowed) and walking (if the weather allows it), or being in the backyard. If your furry friend is a senior then they can sleep for as long as they want, and will just be taken out for some potty breaks
