I have over 15 years of experience pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors, giving me a strong foundation in providing safe, attentive, and affectionate care. From energetic pups needing extra playtime to gentle seniors who prefer a calm, steady routine, I’m comfortable adapting to whatever your pet needs to feel right at home. I work from home full-time, which means your pet will have company, attention, and potability breaks throughout the day rather than being left alone for long stretches. While I don’t have pets of my own, I live with my sister and her Great Pyrenees mix—a super friendly, easygoing dog who loves meeting both people and other animals. When your pet is with me, they’ll be treated just like family. You can count on frequent updates, photo check-ins, and plenty of belly rubs so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away!

Michaela’s love of animals has been lifelong. She has cared for our pets as well as friends and neighbors fur babies.. We are always impressed how animals respond positively to Michaela. She is confident, gentle and soft spoken. We recently rescued a nervous pup and when Michaela walks in the two have an immediate calm connection. You will find her trustworthy and highly responsible. She is serious about commitments and does her job with love.
Michaela used to take care of my two dogs when I traveled, I came home to relaxed and well behaved dogs that did not seem bothered that I had been gone. Neighbors commented on how focused she was on the dogs when she had them outside. One reason that I was comfortable leaving them with her (besides the fact that she is responsible and reliable) is because her parents have always been responsible dog owners with well behaved and confident dogs. Michaela has a personality that dogs seem to respect and I have seen her sister’s mixed breed who has to be 90 pounds happily respond to her instructions. She always took her responsibility for my dogs very seriously and I would feel comfortable recommending her to anyone. I don’t know what it is about her and she doesn’t carry treats with her but dogs seem to choose her.
Michaela has always had a genuine love for caring for dogs. She is an avid animal lover who is kind, compassionate, and incredibly trustworthy. I would have complete peace of mind leaving my fur babies in her care, knowing they would not only receive exceptional attention but also be loved and treated like her own. She is reliable, punctual, and always goes above and beyond to ensure every pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pets.
I have a very anxious & reactive dog that I rescued 2 years ago, and she only trusts very few people. We struggled to find a dog walker, as our pup wouldn’t let anyone she didn’t know go near her. When we asked Michaela to help out, our pup instantly fell in love with her gentle demeanor and now loves to look forward to Michaela letting her out. She trusts her which makes us as dog parents be so at ease! I would definitely recommend Michaela to care for your fur babies!

Because I work from home full-time, pet care seamlessly integrates into my daily routine! Since I'm here throughout the day, guest pets are never left alone for long periods. Throughout the week, my flexible schedule allows me to easily accommodate feeding times, medication needs, and individual routines so your pet feels completely comfortable and cared for.

In my home, your pet will be treated like a member of the family. Because I work from home full-time, guest pets enjoy constant supervision, regular potability breaks, and a relaxed, comfortable environment. We have a fenced in yard and a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix. When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is maintaining their normal routine in the environment where they feel safest.
