I try to emphasize getting your pet up and exercising during my visit, as I have seen that this helps with mediating separation anxiety from the owner. This method obviously changes client to client, especially for those who are older or have special needs. However, every animal, regardless of age or ability, will get their daily dose of pets!

Let me know what your dog’s favorite treat is! I try to keep bully sticks on hand for chewers. If your dog has any specific medical needs, I would like to know ahead of time so I can do my research.
A typical day
I love walking dogs and am always looking for new routes to try! On those hot summer days, I tend to shorten the walk and focus on playtime indoors.

Pets have filled my heart and home for all my life. I have experience house and pet sitting, specifically for dogs. I also have a lot of experience working with and owning exotics, such as hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, frogs, geckos, and tortoises. Previous college classmates trusted me to watch their hamsters while traveling for school breaks. I can help out if your let has certain medical concerns, such as needing medication or injections. Whether your pet has fur or scales I will love and enjoy taking care of them! While I do not offer boarding or daycare stays in my home, I am more than happy to provide drop-in visits or stay with your critters at your home.

We have had Michaela watch our cats multiple times now. Basically anytime we leave we try to get her to watch them. She seriously goes above and beyond. One of my cats this trip is having tummy troubles and she has helped make me feel so much more at ease since she knows their personalities and mannerisms enough to let me know if it should be concerning or not. I can not recommend her enough, she is truly the absolute best
Second time having her watch over my two cats and felt so at ease knowing they were in good hands!
Michaela was amazing with our two cats. I was so nervous about leaving them alone since we never left them alone for several days. She did amazing with checking in on them and giving them love and attention. Communication was great and always speedy replies. I would 10000% recommend!
