My cats were taken great care of by Michaela! She took it upon herself as well to take out my garbage, and left behind a fun laser toy and a wonderful card with a paw print from one of babies. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and will definitely rebook with her in the future! Thank you so much for giving me a peace of mind while away!

Having Michaela was the best dog/house sitter experience. She was perfect with our three big dogs who can be a handful at times. She is very attentive to each dogs needs, quirks, and behaviours. She sent photos and updates each day to put us at ease. Walked/played with them multiple times a day. She even left a sweet card with their paw prints and pictures of them. So thoughtful and left the house cleaner than when we left. 10/10 recommend.

This was our second time booking with Michaela for overnight stay, but our first longer stay (five days) and honestly? We couldn't have felt more at ease leaving Vino with her. She sent pictures and updates throughout the day, every day. Not just a quick "he's fine" text, but actual details: how he was behaving, his walk routine, any dogs or people he crossed paths with. As a dog mom who admittedly has a hard time being away, that kind of communication is everything. When we got home, she had left a handwritten note with his last-day update, including his bathroom breaks (we loved that). She also left behind a poop bag carrier, which was such a thoughtful little touch. And the place? Spotless. She had cleaned up, washed the towels, and left everything in great shape. What really set this stay apart was how closely she followed our specific instructions. You can tell she genuinely cares about making both Vino and us feel comfortable and it showed the entire time. We'll absolutely be booking with Michaela again. If you're on the fence, consider this your sign. 🐾

Michaela has been fantastic in getting to know our pup and staying with her for a few days. She is very conscientious and professional, emphasizing communication and thoroughness. She took great care of our pup, ensuring she was happy, healthy, and safe. She also took excellent care of our home. Everything was clean and organized upon our return. Michaela is a gem!

Michaela has genuinely been amazing with our boy Vino. She actually took the time to build a real relationship with Vino. We first booked her for walks, then a check-in, a 4-hour stay, and then finally the overnight. Sometimes in this app is so easy to find sitter who only want to book for overnight and don’t want to invest the time on little by little building the relationship and trust, independent of money. During the first overnight stay, she sent photos throughout the whole day and I loved every single one. Seeing Vino out on walks, and then chilling on the bed with her meant a lot. To be honest, we are not a “just feed him and you’re good” kind of family. We have a whole thing about how Vino is cared for, what he’s allowed to do with a sitter, how we like things handled (no playing, no dog park, no cars, certain number of miles per walk)… It’s a lot. But Michaela has never once made us feel like it’s too much. She takes the feedback we’ve provided, she adjusts, and she genuinely gets us. That’s rare and I don’t take it for granted. Coming home to a clean house and a handwritten note breaking down his meals, walks, and routine? I wasn’t expecting that and it genuinely made me smile. Such a thoughtful touch. Vino was happy when we walked in, and honestly that’s the whole review right there. Leaving your dog is always a little stressful, no matter how prepared you are. But knowing we’re building something real with Michaela makes our upcoming trip feel so much less daunting. Can’t wait for their next stay together! 🐾

I can't recommend Michaela enough. She's everything you could wish for in a sitter. I'm an anxious helicopter parent over my girls, but I don't have any worries when they are under Michaela's care. My Nami is a senior pup with medication requirements that LOVES to sniff around for crumbs she's not allowed to have due to GI tract issues. She's never had a flare up under Michaela's watch, which I can't say the same for any other sitter I've had... and that includes my family. Not only does she take such wonderful care of my girls, she also leaves the place spotless behind her. I never ask that she clean the areas/items she occupies while staying, because she's doing us a big service by house sitting, but we always return to clean bathrooms, towels, and sheets. She's so thoughtful that she even left calming music on for them. We are so very thankful to have found her!
