Hello Dog Lovers....! I am experienced in training, walking, and boarding. I have extrensive experience with all sizes and shapes and especially large and massive breed dogs from Rottweillers to Mastiffs and my own Pyrenees Mix. I have been mentored over the years by current and retired military K9 specialists, accomplished breeders, and experienced handlers. I am gentle and firm with boundaries and interactions with your beloved pet. My current accomplice on LifeJourney is Cocoa. She welcomes each member of the Cocoa Canine Club where the only serving of Cocoa will be her demand that the Newbie(or Oldie) play balllllll!!! Digging in the backyard is allowed and zooming is common fanfare and flare. I expect pets to be housebroken but if yours is still young or not please message me and we can discuss your specific canine's needs. I have a crate available depending on circumstances. For doggy daycare and any puppy under one years old I expect detailed instructions and expectations as well as current vaccinations, eating schedule, and 'relief' schedule. I cannot accept non neutered male dogs as Cocoa is not spade. Non spayed females are possible upon further conversation. I can administer any special feeding, walking, dietary, or medication requests on a schedule as needed. I will gladly send updated photos and videos throughout the time of your pet's stay. Doggy Daycare and Boarding are limited to my home property. Walks are possible but not promised as part of the booking depending on dog needs and further conversation. Dogs have plenty of space to run and goooooooooo. Looking forward! I am a great host! Your Best Friend will be cared for, hydrated, offered treats if allowed, and have cool a/c for frequent rests and breaks. Michael was fantastic with communication, pictures, and video updates! He handled my high anxiety dog very well. Michael's dog Cocoa was also a love! I would highly recommend!
We are so very happy we left our Doberman with Michael. We were passing through town and needed daycare to enjoy city tours, dining, etc. She had a great time with Carmel (Michael’s dog) and she even got a bath! He also picked our dog up at our Airbnb which was super convenient. We will most definitely book him again when we come back to NOLA. Thanks again!
Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with our anxious pup. It was our first long vacation away from Winnie and he sent photos / videos / updates daily so my mind was at ease the whole trip! He treated her like his own. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!
Thank goodness we found Michael! He was fantastic taking care of our big, rambunctious dog Beau while we were out of town. He sent plenty of photos to keep us up to date on how Beau was doing and was great at keeping in contact! Also, we greatly appreciated how flexible Michael was at not only allowing us to book last minute, but being very flexible in drop off and pick up times. Beau enjoyed playing with Carmel, running in the backyard, and lounging in the house. Was very pleased to come home to a happy, tired pup!
Michael was great!! He was so accommodating with our schedule - gave us several large windows of time for pick up and drop off and was flexible as our schedule was a little unpredictable. He kept us updated on how Fais was doing the whole time with texts and pictures. We felt very reassured that Fais was in great hands. It seemed like she had a great time, and we will definitely be calling Michael next time we go out of town!
Michael was easy to work with......responded to calls and emails promptly. I appreciated that he sent pictures regularly while we were gone.
