I was born into a family with Saint Bernards, and over my lifetime have owned seven Saints plus an English Mastiff, a pittie mix, a cat, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and horses. I've been described by friends and family as a dog whisperer, and I can't help but make friends with any dog I see. I've been dogsitting for friends and family on the side for years now, doing overnight visits, extended stays, and drop-ins for potty, walks, and meals. I love cats and dogs of all sizes, but I've always had a soft spot for the giant breeds. I was a cross country runner and still live an active lifestyle, so long walks and runs are no problem. I can also do transportation to vet visits, doggy day care or walks at dog parks, etc. I'm looking forward to taking care of your furry family members!

As a lifelong animal owner, I understand the needs of many animals, as well as the feelings that owners have towards their furry friends. My initial clients were friends, but through the established trust and word of mouth recommendations, that list has grown. When doing overnight or extended stays, I will always bring in the mail, take out the trash, and perform any other household duties you may need. I've cared for sick dogs, handled emergency situations, and taken care of urine and other medical samples for my clients. Whatever you need, I can accommodate.

Mike is an exceptional dog sitter. He watched my elderly pugs on more than one occasion. He's great with meds, schedule, complicated diets and giving lots of attention. He also stayed the night which provided even more peace of mind. Mike is a wonderful dog sitter - attentive, caring and gentle. Your pups will love him just as much as mine.
Mike has been such a wonderful dog and house sitter for us over the past year. He is so attentive to our two greyhounds and they both absolutely love him. He always goes the extra mile to make sure our dogs and our home are well taken care of. We’ve had some health issues with one of our dogs while away, and Mike was calm and cool in the crisis — he handled taking her to the vet, collecting urine samples, administering medication, and even helped us with coordinating ans shipping urgent refrigerated lab samples for her, all while we were away. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that Mike is taking care our babies when we can’t be, and we are so grateful!

Mike is one of the best dog sitters I have had! I am always super nervous about leaving my dog with anyone, but Mike followed all of my instructions and sent updates throughout the day. He really cares about animals and spends time with them rather than just making sure they are fed and safe. Whether it's taking her out for a walk, checking in when I can't get away from work, or overnights, you will feel so secure with Mike watching your animals. I could not recommend him more.
I’ve used Mike for my animals while we were away for just a day trip and a full week. My dog requires some TLC and overnight stays and Mike was so helpful and put our minds at ease when we were away knowing he was taking care of everything. The house was kept tidy and I am already trying to book him through the end of the year because I know everything will be well cared for.
