I like to get an idea of a dog's personality, interests, quirks, and history if it's known. I certainly enjoy bigger dogs. Favorite breeds are retrievers, any variety of pit, other terriers, and Irish wolfhounds.

We can go on walks, hikes, dog park trips. I’m fairly new to the area, so if you have favorites, I’d love to hear them!

Pet care experience
I've had many dogs all throughout growing up. From a young age, my parents made a point to give me responsibility and make sure I did my share to take care of them. I'm caring, playful, and believe in positive reinforcement for training. I’ve been in Fort Collins for four years and love the dog-friendly community here! I think Rover is a great service not only for the owners while on vacation but for dog lovers as well.

Michael was an amazing and thoughtful sitter. He was able to step in at the last minute to watch Nami when our original sitter plans fell through. He sent regular updates and pictures of their fun adventures together while we were away.
I highly recommend Michael!! He stayed at our house for five days and watched our 100lb Rhodesian Ridgeback. He sent photos daily and kept us up to date on how our pup was doing. He is calm, great with dogs, and an excellent communicator. We will definitely be using Mike again!
Mike took great care of our two dogs. He kept us updated with lots of photos and addressed some concerns he noticed with our one dog. When he returned the key, the dogs gave him lots of affection which was all the proof we needed that they enjoyed their time with him. We hope he is available next time we need a pet sitter. Thanks Mike!
I’m so glad we found Michael. He did a drop-in for our Belgian Malinois. During the meet and great, Michael was calm, patient, and confident when meeting our nervous puppers. He took care of Pacer just as we would have. We will definitely contact Michael again!
