I am careful to follow the owners' instructions when caring for pets and taking care of their home. I move slowly when building trust with pets, drawing on many years of experience with animals. After developing a relationship, I'm happy to play or hang out depending on the pets' needs.

Michael did a great job caring for our dog while we were away for a long period. He even gave her eye drops twice a day he also helped water some new plants which was greatly appreciated. He was also very respectful of our space. We’d love to have him sit for us again!
This was our first time working with Michael, and we would definitely call him again! He confirmed all the instructions, communicated when there were any issues, and kept the pups company while we were away!
Micheal was especially caring for my skittish cat, Lucy who does not take kindly to others. She usually will hide, but did not with Micheal! When I came home it was as if I had not left and she was quite comfortable! I’ve known Micheal and his girlfriend for 3 years and they are the nicest and most caring kind of people that I know- always looking out for me and others. Micheal went above and beyond in caring for my cat and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great pet sitter. He was the cat whisperer for Lucy! Thank you!
For over 7 years, whenever my wife and I go out of town, Michael has been our go to cat sitter. He is extremely reliable and wonderful with our 2 cats, Bart & Varla. I would highly recommend him!

Schedule
Note: I will be spending some hours at home with my family on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, as well as New Years Eve, New Years Day. I work as a 9 month employee at the U-M Admissions Office. I have flexible availability for pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting. I live on the West Side of Ann Arbor. I'm available for U of M winter, holiday, and spring breaks.
