We are a married couple who have been living and teaching in Dubai for the past 25 years. During that time, we happily raised our two children here, and this year we’ve just seen our youngest follow her brother to university in the UK. With this exciting new chapter ahead, we’re ready for a new adventure—combining our love of travel with our lifelong love of dogs. Dogs have always been an important part of our lives. Over the years, we have fostered dogs and we adopted our lovely retriever Lizzie, who was a truly cherished member of our family. We’ve also cared for a variety of family dogs and dog sit poochies - including: dachsunds, cockapoos, spaniels, terriers, mixed breed, bichons and weimaraners - Deb grew up with a labrador - so we’re very comfortable with furry friends of different breeds, personalities, and needs. We also have excellent dog-sit references and reviews. We are genuine dog lovers who believe dogs should be part of everyday life. Long walks, companionship, and plenty of affection are all part of our routine. We’re calm, reliable, clean, and tidy, and we take great pride in being respectful of other people’s homes. When we stay in your home, we will treat it as if it were our own, and your dog as if they were part of our family.

How’s this …. I have known Mike and Deb for many years and can wholeheartedly recommend them as exceptional pet sitters. They are two of the warmest, kindest and most caring people you could hope to meet, and they have a genuine love for animals that is obvious from the moment you see them interacting with them. Mike and Deb have looked after my four miniature dachshunds – Winnie, Mavis, Odie and Robyn – on several occasions, and I have always been able to go away with complete peace of mind. They cared for each of them as though they were their own, taking the time to understand their individual personalities and routines. They kept me updated throughout my time away with photographs, videos and regular messages, which made it so much easier to relax knowing my dogs were happy, settled and receiving so much love and attention. They have also looked after my sister's Labrador, Frankie, providing exactly the same high standard of care, patience and affection. Frankie absolutely adored her time with them, and it was clear she was treated as a member of the family. Mike and Deb are incredibly reliable, trustworthy and professional in everything they do. Their care is welcoming, safe and full of love, and any pet in their care will be treated with kindness, respect and genuine affection. I would not hesitate to leave my dogs with them again and can recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for first-class pet sitters. Your pets will be in the very best hands.

Schedule
Myself and my wife are semi-retired teachers who work from home. We are therefore extremely flexible regarding location and the duration of the sit.
