I'll take great care of your dogs
I have a lot of experience with dogs. I love them and they love me. I'm retired so I have plenty of time to spend with your special friends. I'm only boarding pets from one client at a time. I had a mini poodle (passed last year) that was a puppy mill rescue. I'm able to provide care and comfort for dogs with anxiety from past trauma.

Mike took wonderful care of my senior Boston Terrier for 12 days while I was on vacation. The daily photos and updates gave me great peace of mind and reassured me that my dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Michael did a wonderful job taking care of our high energy puppy. He was attentive to River's needs and sent a photo of them on a walk soon after we left him. That made me feel at ease as we had never left our dog with anyone before. I would highly recommend Michael for your pet's care!
Highly recommend Mike—he was incredibly easy to work with, highly responsive, and flexible. He offered up a meet/greet in advance which was incredibly helpful. My pup Taco was comfortable with him right away—he is definitely a dog lover!
Our Daisy Jane loved spending time with Michael. You can really tell he enjoys animals (and they, him!) He sent many photos and his communications with us was exceptional. We highly recommend Michael and will definitely have Daisy stay with him, again.
Such a relief to find Michael to care for our beagle, Lucy! He took her for walks and she looked so comfortable at his house. Will definitely use Michael again if we are in the area.
Michael did an amazing job with our dog, Murphy. It was nice to do a brief meet and greet to make sure Mike and Murphy were a good fit for one another. Murphy readily took to Mike and she seemed relaxed and okay to stay. Mike was in touch shortly after we left to let us know that Murphy had settled in, and I received various photos and correspondence while we were away. We will definitely book Mike to watch Murphy again and I would absolutely recommend Mike to others!

Attention and exercise is key. Walks and play time help keep your pets healthy and happy. Us too! I have plenty of space in my home and a large yard. I enjoy walks on the Chippewa River state trail.
A typical day
We love to go for walks. Playing catch is a great way to keep your dog engaged. Remember to bring your pet's favorite toys, treats and bedding.
