We are a family based in The Hague who genuinely enjoy having dogs around. Over the years we’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages and personalities, and we’re used to adapting to what each dog needs. Our home is located right next to Clingendael Park and the Haagse Bos, which makes it ideal for regular walks in a calm, green environment. We also have a spacious, fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely spend time outside during the day. Our work schedules are hybrid, so we rotate days working from home. This means there is usually someone present and dogs are rarely left alone for long periods. We have a toddler at home who absolutely loves dogs. We’ve been doing this since before she was born, so she is very comfortable around them. It’s important that your dog is gentle and okay around young children. Inside, dogs are part of the home and can settle wherever they feel most comfortable. Some prefer to stay close, others like their own space, and both are completely fine. We focus on keeping things calm, safe and predictable. We pay attention to things like secure entry and exit, routines, and clear communication. During the stay, we’re happy to send updates in the way that works best for you. We’ve built strong relationships with many returning clients, which we value a lot.
