My specialty is caring for pets in their own home, where they can stay comfortable, relaxed, and surrounded by everything that’s familiar to them. Animals have always been my passion. If you ask the people closest to me what truly lights me up, the answer is always the same—animals. Caring for them doesn’t feel like work to me. I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and building a relationship based on trust. I feel incredibly lucky that Rover allows me to spend my time doing something that means so much to me. One thing that sets me apart is how I approach animals. I truly believe they’re always communicating with us—it just looks different than human communication. I enjoy learning each pet’s unique body language, routines, and little quirks so I can care for them in the way that makes them feel safest, happiest, and most understood. Every pet is different, and I love figuring out what makes each one feel at ease. I recently moved back to Utah after spending 10 years in Washington and work as a dental hygienist. Attention to detail, reliability, and communication are a huge part of who I am, and I bring those same qualities to every pet I care for. I have a wonderful 10-year-old dog named Moki, who actually grew up as a Rover dog! Because of that, she’s exceptionally well-socialized and comfortable around dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. If you’re looking for your dog to spend time with a calm, friendly companion during boarding or daycare, she’s fantastic and has helped many dogs build confidence around other dogs. That said, I never assume every dog wants company. Many of my clients prefer one-on-one care, and I’m always happy to leave Moki at home so your pet receives my complete attention. Their comfort always comes first. Whether your dog loves hiking, neighborhood walks, playing fetch, exploring the backyard, or curling up on the couch, I’ll tailor their care to fit their personality and routine.
