We have always loved and cared for animals our whole lives. We have had dogs in our families and just adopted from a rescue an awesome schnauzer/shepherd mix. we are both documentary filmmakers and have made many movies about animal welfare issues. We love walking, being outside and being with dogs and other animals - and very much enjoy people as well! Michael had a terrier growing up, then an irish setter. Andrea had a weimeraner and a blue/gold macaw parrot for 16 years. We are considered by our friends as very kind, calm and compassionate. We are clean and keep things clean around us!

Andrea and Michael are just so wonderful. I have had some really bad experiences in the past but they are just incredible. When they boarded my dog for a couple for a couple of days, she was literally sleeping with them in their bed .. They loved her like she was their own. ( Which meant everything after the negative experiences I have had.) They're just so and loving and Andrea could walk for miles and miles !I I don't know how she does it for all the walks, but she's in tiptop shape lol. We could not ask for a better care takers of my beautiful honey beast and we are leaving her soon with them for a week and the only reason I feel comfortable leaving my dog for that time is because of them. Otherwise, I would not leave my dog with anyone else.
Michael has taken care of my dog Penny on several occasions when I had to leave town. Most recently he cared for my dog for over a week. He is amazing with dogs. A real animal lover. He even sent me photos of Penny and let me talk to her on the phone! He took her on hikes and she was in great shape when I came home. I had total peace of mind knowing Penny was in such great hands.

Schedule
We both mostly work from home and love being outside with the dogs. We are very active, and live in a place where there are parks, fields and hikes all around!

We have keys to many of our friends houses, they trust us with their animals and everything else. We make sure our animal-friends are always safe.

A typical day
We love being outside, taking walks, being in nature as much as possible. there is a field near us, we take our dog (and other dogs) to most mornings where they run and we play together - and so will your dog join us and have fun!
