I have helped take care of, and clean up after, pets as early as I can remember. There has never been a time in my life when we didn't have a dog to care for. Over the years we have also had several cats, a few rabbits, snakes, and turtles. I do not currently have a pet of my own but I care for several family dogs regularly. My dream dog is a red Alaskan malamute. I have some professional experience under my belt with both young, energetic, dogs and older, special, needs dogs. My Schedule is fairly open at the moment and I am looking to care for pets full time. I'm willing to be flexible with times and places. I am good with instructions and, if I am watching a pet in your home, will follow them. I can adapt to your home environment as needed. I am also big, and fairly strong but with a gentle hand and caring heart. I can handle big dogs, and small dogs alike. I don't mind having my face licked, and a wagging tail brings joy to my heart. I can not currently house pets at my own home but plan to add this service when I have a more pet-friendly environment. I work part-time. mostly from 2 pm-9 pm on weekdays, but I can adjust my schedule if your pets need more attention. subject to change and may not be 100% accurate from week to week. Prices for in-home care may very if I need to take days off from work to accommodate your pets needs. As a whole, I try to keep the pet's routine as close as possible to what they are used to. this is not always possible, but i feel it is important to maintain as much of a sense of normalcy as possible. that being said how I care for pets in a client's home depends on the instructions I receive and the environment presented by the home as well as the needs of the pet. I can't give an accurate depiction of care when the needs of each pet and home differ greatly.
